The local authorities will occasionally perform a safety test on the memorials in their cemeteries and churchyards, this is for health and safety reasons. Headstones that are unsafe will be laid down on the ground to make them safe, we are able to refit them using the latest modern stainless steel dowels and a ground anchor.
