1.Dispatch Policy.While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are available to order we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.
If we are unable to supply the goods required to your particular specifications, you will be notified as soon as possible after we recieve your order and you will be offered a full refund or an alternative.
You will be sent a written or email confirmation of your order within a 7 days. It is the customer's responsibility to check the order for errors before signing and returning to us.
If we are unable to despatch your order within it's specified delivery time, we will contact you with an estimated despatch date.
We will not refund or replace goods, that are delayed in transit due to any reason including Industrial Action, by Third Parties(Carriers, Royal Mail etc)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. In the event of delivery difficulties with international orders, we are unable to check on transit/delivery details outside of the UK, this must be the responsibility of the customer.
2.Prices and Tax.The price shown for the goods includes postage and packing to all destinations within the UK, unless specifically stated. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.
3.Cancellation and Returns. Custom made goods are non returnable unless the following applies: If your order is not manufactured to your instructions you have a right to cancel
the contract, return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods,(please note that 'special' instructions must be given in writing and confirmed by us. If you need
to return goods, please contact us beforehand, telling us that you are returning the goods and why. Unless specifically agreed by us in writing/email, returns must be made within 5 days of delivery
of the original order.
Please note custom made goods are not returnable unless faulty, or not made to your specifications.
Goods recieved damaged in transit will be replaced as soon as possible free of charge, to the same specifications as the original order. In certain circumstances we may ask for the damaged item to be returned.
Returns are made at the customers' expense, although we may waive this responsibility in certain circumstances.
We reserve the right to implement an administration charge for orders cancelled by customer at any time prior to or during manufacture of that order.
4.Colours,shapes and sizes. The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
Also colour variations are likely to occur due to the nature of natural materials used.
All sizes quoted are approximate.
It is the customers responsibility to advise us of any maximum or minimum dimensions at the time of order.
5.Confidentiality. Customer details are not passed to third parties, but we reserve the right to pass on customer's contact numbers to parcel carriers in the event of delivery difficulties, unless specifically requested not to do so. All customer details are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
6.Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.
7.Jurisdiction. The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
8.Failed Deliveries.All orders whether 'Free delivery' or 'Charged for' delivery refer to an order being sent once to the given address as agreed on the order. It is the customers responsibility to respond to correspondence regarding delivery difficulties. The customer's failure to respond to carriers/postal service correspondence, may result in a re-delivery charge which will be the responsibility of the customer.
We therefore reserve the right to request any subsequent delivery costs from the customer, if the item is returned to us due to failed delivery.
9.Consumer Rights. None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
